Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Filetech Enterprises. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Returns are Not available for Toys & Handicraft products.
We accept returns only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

The return request must be raised within 10 days of delivery.

A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required.
Replacements
We offer replacement for products that are:

Defective

Incorrectly shipped
Conditions:

Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Product must be returned in original condition with packaging.

Replacement will be dispatched within 2–3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
If the same product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

The refund will be credited to the original payment method only.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product).
Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Orders that have already been shipped or processed cannot be canceled.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
